Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes. This includes updates to shipping address, item quantity, or product selection. Please double-check your cart before checking out.

Can I Return an Order?
USA TODAY Co. Store will replace or accept returns of damaged or defective items only within 30 days of purchase. All claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been delivered.

All USA TODAY Co. Store items are made to order. Regretfully, we are unable to accept returns for any reason other than delivery of a damaged or defective item.

How Long Does It Take To Ship An Order? 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Please note that during high-volume or peak holiday seasons, order fulfillment may take 5–7 business days.

Please note that if you order multiple items, they may ship from different locations. Accordingly, your order may arrive in separate packages and may not be delivered on the same day

Do You Ship Worldwide? 

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

My Order Was Returned To Sender. What Now? 

Orders returned to sender for any reason will be automatically refunded, minus the cost of shipping. 

Where Is My Refund? 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing. If you haven’t received your refund after that time, contact our support team at storeadmin@usatoday.com

 

Can I Track My Order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log into your account to view order status and tracking updates.

Do You Offer Gift Packaging or Notes?
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or personalized notes. However, many of our products make great gifts.

How Do I Subscribe to the Newsletter?
You can subscribe directly from our storefront footer or during checkout. Subscribers get early access to new drops, exclusive offers, and curated content from USA TODAY Co.

Does the USA TODAY Store offer any subscription-based items?

No. At this time, the USA TODAY Store does not offer any subscription or recurring-billing products. All purchases made through the USA TODAY Store are one-time transactions only.

Why is shipping higher for framed prints?

Framed prints require specialized protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged. Due to the size, weight, and handling requirements, shipping costs for framed prints are higher than other items in our store.
